My mom threw me a great baby shower with some of her friends which we consider family, neighbors, daniel's side of the family and Laura, of course. It was very nice to see everyone, relax with some girlie conversations, some yummy food and PRESENTS!! haha... thanks mom for such an amazing shower!!
it's so fun when it gets to be time for the showers!!! i can't wait to go to the one laura is hosting in october and then 3 days later it will be our big party! that will be SUCH an exciting week!!! i went and bought you a baby shower gift a while back and it's not very exciting and glamorous but it is definitely stuff that you will need and use and stuff that i personally endorse. haha. if i were a celebrity, i would totally be the spokeswoman/celebrity endorser for these things i bought you! :) and then i got you something else that is more thoughtful and personal and sentimental that i hope you like! it is really special to me, so hopefully you will feel the same way! it just came in the mail yesterday, so i am officially done gift buying (i have to tell myself that or else i'm the kind of person that will be out and see something else i think you could really use or like and talk myself into why i can afford to get "just one more thing" and then it never ends)!
