Feeling sad!!

I have been so excited, I mean beyond excited to find out if we are having a boy or a girl. It has been killing me not knowing!!! And now we are finding out tomorrow and i am feeling so very sad!! I cant believe in like 36 hours one of our precious baby names is going to be dropped. I do know that with finding out all new kinds of excitement will come but i think i am just so in love with both our boy and girl names that i am finding it so hard that tomorrow one will be gone!! So i am dedicating this post to our baby names.

Old Wives Tales

Here are some pictures from the night we tried all the Old Wives Tales about whether we are having a boy or girl. This was a ton of fun and we now know it was also quite accurate.

New things....

Here are some new things going on

1. I finally got physically sick! After months of being car sick and nauseous and nothing happening, last night i finally got sick.. Thruth is, i wish i would have been getting sick this whole time, it gave me momentary relief! gross i know but i am using this blog to document my pregnancy so this is pretty huge!

2. I am totally creeped out now that everywhere i go strangers ask me "when are you due?" i never know what they are saying so i say "what?" and then i realize they can tell im pregnant and not just fat!! It's a good thing but still very strange

3. Besides being crepped out I am also kind of sad cause I am not getting checked out as much. I see them look at the face, scroll down... and look away!! Not that i want to be checked out everywhere but this will not be good for my self esteem!

4. We are done naming our child, so whatever the outcome is on tuesday we can start calling it by it's (his/her) name. Evelyn Paige for a girl... Oliver Tyre for a boy.. (Tyre is Bobby Jones' middle name, he is the famous Georgia golfer)

Ok i am off to my saturday morning breakfast with my mom.

Another June 30th update

So if you haven't heard next Tuesday we find out what we are having and we decided to find out along with our family and closest friends. We are going to the doctors at 3pm for my monthly visit and when they do the ultrasound instead of telling us there in the doctors office they are going to write it down and send us home with the note and the some pictures in an envelope. We are going to then bring the envelope to Publix where i have ordered to cakes. Both will be white on the outside and the cake on the inside will either be pink or blue. We will give them the envelope and they will send us home with the corresponding cake. At our cookout we will cut into the cake and find out what we are having!! We have been counting down the months, weeks, and days til we were able to find out and now that our family and friends will be there i am beside myself!!!

Other than that i am starting to feel good again. i am finally not carsick for the past few days (i hope i didn't just jinx myself), i have more energy and i am feeling happy!! me and Daniel had a great talk this weekend about how we are growing up even more through this process and while it may feel a bit hard at times it is also so worth it and so bonding for us. This past weekend was father's day and even though i didn't write a sweet blog post i showed him i love him by getting him journey tickets. i cannot wait til father's day next year, our baby will be like 6 months old!! omg this is already going tooo fast...

Countdown to June 30th

This month of June is going to drag on FOREVER!!!! We are finding out on June 30th at 3:00 p.m. the sex of our baby... i want to take a poll from everyone we know as to whether it is a boy or a girl. I just think it will be cute for the pregnancy scrapbook... oh i just thought that if we are going to ask everyone what they think it is me and daniel might actually have to come up with a thought as to what we think it is...

Everything else has been good... Now we are into the 2nd trimester... Some days i feel good and others i still feel nauseous only now with some dizzy spells!! :(

Last night we had a fun spontaneous date!! It was so nice. We went to see the Hangover at the movies. We never do anything spontaneous so it was really nice.

The Connor's had their baby girl Madison on tuesday night. She is gorgeous and i am so happy for them! They are coming home today and i cant wait to hear about them getting settled at home with their new baby.

So i cannot believe i am actually posting pictures of my stomach on here but i am.. i have become that pregnant woman who is obsessed with her belly....so here it is...

Weird huh..... these pictures were not taken the same day but they were taken in the same week... i pretty much popped this week!! weird but AWESOME!!!!

i am very glad that i am not the only one obsessed too... i have a obsessed husband!! :) (who is watching me type this. lol)
